Delivery:
Standard delivery within 2-3 working days, However orders placed on weekend and public holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Returns:
We strictly do not offer returns on any of our brushes or our cosmetic items.

To start a return, you can contact us through WhatsApp or Direct message through our instagram page. If your return is accepted, we’ll return your items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You can always contact us for any return questions through WhatsApp or instagram.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes such as cosmetics and personal care goods including our brushes. In the unlikely event, exchanges or refunds are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not acceptable unless the item is damaged. 


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 10 to 15 working days to show in your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you're returned item is not approved for a return, we will send it back to you.
